This NexRep Program Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Zero Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. (“Company”) and the undersigned participant (“Member”). By clicking “Agree,” the Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Program Participation

The Member agrees to participate in the NexRep Program (“Program”) administered by Zero Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. The Program is designed to provide members with the opportunity to become Brand Endorsers or Brand Affiliates, where they can earn rewards by:

• Advertising and promoting the Company’s products and services through approved channels and methods;
• Bringing new customers or participants to experience the Company’s products and services;
• Engaging in activities that align with the Company’s brand values and marketing objectives.

As a Brand Endorser or Brand Affiliate, the Member will play a key role in expanding the Company’s reach and enhancing its brand presence. In return, the Member will be eligible to earn rewards as outlined in the Program’s reward structure, which may include monetary compensation, discounts, or other incentives.

2. Compliance with Rules and Regulations

The Member agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines set forth by Zero Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. in connection with the Program. These rules and regulations may include, but are not limited to:

• Adherence to participation requirements;
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Maintaining ethical conduct and professionalism;
• Prohibition of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify the rules and regulations at any time, and the Member is responsible for reviewing and complying with the most current version.

3. Member Responsibilities

The Member agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and participation;
• Act in good faith and in the best interest of the Program;
• Not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation or operations of the Company or the Program;
• Report any issues or concerns related to the Program to the Company promptly.

4. Termination of Participation

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Member’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of this Agreement or the Program’s rules and regulations;
• Engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities;
• Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Member’s participation in the Program. The Member participates at their own risk.

6. Confidentiality

The Member agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by the Company in connection with the Program.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction, e.g., Malaysia].

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Member and the Company regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

9. Acknowledgment

By clicking “Agree,” the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Member further acknowledges that they are bound by the rules and regulations of the Program as outlined by Zero Healthcare Sdn. Bhd.
